Bond Cleaning

Our commercial bond clean is a top-to-bottom deep clean of the entire tenancy, including all internal surfaces, windows, blinds, kitchenette/kitchen, toilets and bathrooms, walls (spot-cleaned), skirtings, light fittings, air conditioning vents, and carpets (steam cleaned where applicable). We follow end-of-lease checklists used by commercial real estate agents and managing agents in Melbourne to maximise the likelihood of a full bond return. All inclusions are confirmed in writing before we begin.

Yes — we offer a seven-day re-clean guarantee on all commercial bond cleans. If your managing agent or lessor identifies any area that does not meet the required standard during the outgoing inspection, contact us within seven days and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge. We recommend booking your clean two to three days before the inspection to allow time for any touch-ups if needed.

We recommend booking at least five to seven business days before your required completion date, as end-of-lease cleans for commercial tenancies are in high demand, particularly at end of quarter. For larger floor plates or multi-level offices, two weeks' notice allows us to allocate an appropriately sized team. Yes — we are experienced in sequencing bond cleans around furniture removals and fitout strip-outs, and can schedule the clean to begin as soon as the premises are vacant. We are also happy to liaise directly with your property manager or agent regarding access arrangements and key handover if that is more convenient for you. Our goal is to make your tenancy exit as smooth as possible.
