Staff wear appropriate PPE throughout the clean.

We clean all non-clinical and clinical-adjacent areas including reception, waiting rooms, consultation rooms (surfaces, chairs, light handles), staff facilities, bathrooms, and sterilisation room surfaces (excluding steriliser equipment operation, which remains with your clinical staff). We do not handle clinical waste disposal or instrument reprocessing — these remain the responsibility of registered dental staff. Our scope is designed to complement, not replace, your in-house infection control procedures.

We use TGA-listed, hospital-grade disinfectants approved for use on surfaces in healthcare settings, including sporicidal products for bathrooms and phenolic or quaternary ammonium compounds for general clinical surfaces, selected in accordance with your practice's infection control policy. We can provide full product SDS sheets and TGA registration numbers to your practice manager or infection control lead. Product selection can be adjusted to align with your existing protocols.
