1. Services Provided

Sparkle Office Cleaning (Sparkle Office Cleaning - Commercial Cleaning and Office Cleaning Melbourne) provides professional office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and related services across the Greater Melbourne region. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before each engagement and outlined in your service agreement or quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Sparkle Office are free and carry no obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the scope of work, frequency of service, and site conditions described at the time of the quote. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Regular recurring services require 7 days' written notice for schedule changes or termination.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, and invoice payments. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable interest charge.

5. Liability & Insurance

Sparkle Office carries public liability insurance. We take reasonable care in performing our services. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during a cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
